Explore the Japanese nature therapy of Shinrin-yoku with these challenges. Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, is a slow walk in the woods, using all your senses to soak in the sounds, smells, and sights. It feels like a hug from nature, bringing calm and happiness. Breathe in the fresh forest air, spot cute animals and colourful flowers, and let nature's magic heal your heart and mind.

Most of the activities have been made to be accessible for 5 years and up and can be easily adapted. Participants should aim to do at least one for each section, but the more you do, the deeper the level of understanding they’ll have!
